GVS Full Face Elipse Full Face Mask ABEK1P3 RD

Full face mask respirator with sealed eye protection and replaceable ABEK1P3 R D combination filter pair. Particle filtration with mechanical filter and gas filtration with activated carbon filter.  
One universal size. 
Low maintenance, no tools required for disassembly and cleaning. 
 
Designed for long continuous use. Provides exceptionally wide field of vision and excellent compatibility with other protective equipment such as hearing protection and safety helmets.  
 
Typical application: 
Industrial and production work tasks involving eg solvents, chlorine compounds, formaldehyde and sulfuric acid powder. Quite a universal and comprehensively protective model for a variety of different work tasks when dealing with different particles and gases. 
 
Minimizes breathing resistance and prevents moisture from accumulating inside the mask. The filters have a water-repellent structure and are reusable. The 4-point headband increases comfort when working conditions change and is designed for safe use even in humid and wet working conditions. Materials are softa and odorless, which is pleasant to wear even for long periods continuously.  
 
Explanations of filter type designations: 
A = Filters organic gases and vapors with a boiling point> 65 ° C. Brown color on the side of the filter. 
B = Filters inorganic gases and vapors with a boiling point> 65 ° C (excluding carbon monoxide). Gray color on the side of the filter. 
E = Filters out sulfur dioxide and other acid gases and vapors. Yellow color on the side of the filter. 
K = Filters ammonia and organic ammonia derivatives. Green color on the side of the filter. 
1 = Low gas density, less than 1000 ppm (= 1000 ml / m3). 
P3 = The most efficient particle filtration class for dust, mist and steam, eg containing microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses, gypsum, wood or textile fibers, marble, titanium oxide, soapstone, rock wool, detergents, oil, spices, salt, feed, etc. from dust, which can cause lung diseases caused by e.g. cotton, graphite, kaolin, zinc and aluminum. Also protects against harmful dust caused by e.g. coal, asbestos (always check site-specific demolition instructions), bauxite, quartz and iron ore. Also protects against toxic dust caused by e.g. manganese, lead and chromium. 
R = Reusable filters 
D = The filters have been tested according to the voluntary dolomite test, ie the mask can be used for long periods of time in thick dust while breathing resistance remains low. The test measures the filtration efficiency from particles by simulating mining conditions. Thanks to the low breathing resistance, the user gets less fatigue and the work is more efficient.

- Gas: At 1000 ppm: >70 minutes Cyclohexane (C6H12). >20 minutes Chlorine (CI2). >40 minutes Hydrogen sulphide (H2S). >25 minutes Hydrogen cyanide (HCN). >20 minutes Sulphur dioxide (SO2). >50 minutes Ammonia (NH3).

Filter life: Can be used until the filter is clogged and breathing becomes uncomfortable or activated carbon is depleted and the user tastes or smells the odor (influencing the amount of particles / gas and respiration rate). The filtration power remains the same throughout the operating time. The particle filter section can be replaced if it becomes clogged before the gas filter is worn out. 
Max. lifetime: Mask unlimited. After installation of filters the same as with filters = 5 years.
