Ready-to-use full face mask respirator with integrated sealed eye protection and replaceable P3 R D Nuisance Odour particle filter pair which also prevent unpleasant odours. One universal size.
 
Designed for long continuous use, even in extreme temperatures. Provides a good field of vision and excellent compatibility with other protective equipment such as hearing protection and safety helmets. Polycarbonate lens has an effective anti-fog coating on the inside, and an anti-scratch coating on the outside that exceeds the requirements of the EN166 standard by 60%. Optics Class 1 lens: Designed for long-term continuous use. Seal tests are performed on the entire entity, including both the respirator and goggles.

A remarkably large inspiratory area combined with a large exhalation valve in the front of the mouth minimizes breathing resistance and prevents moisture from accumulating inside the mask. The filters have a water-repellent structure and are reusable. The 4-point headband increases comfort when working conditions change and is designed for safe use even in extremely humid and wet working conditions. Materials are soft, odorless, hypoallergenic, skin-friendly and latex and silicone free. Face part TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer), which is pleasant to wear even for long periods continuously.  
 
Explanations of filter type designations:
P3 = The most efficient particle filtration class for dust, mist and steam, eg containing micro-organisms such as bacteria and viruses, gypsum, wood or textile fibers, marble, titanium oxide, soapstone, rock wool, detergents, oil, spices, salt, feed, etc. from dust, which can cause lung diseases caused by e.g. cotton, graphite, kaolin, zinc and aluminum. Also protects against harmful dust caused by e.g. coal, asbestos (always check site-specific demolition instructions), bauxite, quartz and iron ore. Also protects against toxic dust caused by e.g. manganese, lead and chromium.
Efficiency: 99.98% (up to a particle size of 0.3 micrometers).
R = Reusable filters
D = The filters have been tested according to the voluntary dolomite test, ie the mask can be used for long periods of time in thick dust while breathing resistance remains low. The test measures the filtration efficiency from particles by simulating mining conditions. Thanks to the low breathing resistance, the user gets less fatigue and the work is more efficient.  
NO = Nuisance Odour preventing unpleasant odours

Filter life: Can be used until the filter is clogged and breathing becomes uncomfortable or activated carbon is depleted and the user tastes or smells the odor (influencing the amount of particles / gas and respiration rate). The filtration power remains the same throughout the operating time. The particle filter section can be replaced if it becomes clogged before the gas filter is worn out.
Max. lifetime: Mask unlimited. After installation of filters the same as with filters = 5 years.
